Context
Castella 2.0, a company specializing in the sale and configuration of bicycles, is located in the industrial area of Bulle. Recognized for the quality of its welcome and expertise, the team wanted to go further in how they receive and support their customers.
The objective was clear: create a space dedicated to the customer relationship inspired by automotive showrooms: a comfortable, stylish and immersive place where every visitor can take the time to configure their bike, ask questions or simply exchange ideas in a pleasant setting.
Until now, these exchanges often took place at the checkout in an environment poorly suited to in-depth discussions. Castella wanted to reverse this logic and offer a premium experience matching the passion and know-how of its team.
This project marks a true evolution in the store's philosophy: no longer just selling a product but offering a moment of exchange and pleasure where the customer becomes an active participant in their experience.
The challenge
To bring this vision to life, Castella 2.0 had to meet a seemingly simple but essential challenge: designing a space where technology fades away in favor of the human element.
The goal was not just to add screens or sound but to create an atmosphere: a place where the customer feels welcomed, valued and confident.
It needed to be a dedicated area conducive to exchanges that reflects the quality of service and the brand's high-end identity.
This showroom also had to allow Castella to stand out from major industry brands and highlight its local expertise through an experience that is modern, elegant and accessible at the same time.
Creating a space for discovery and dialogue where every customer enjoys sitting down: this is the challenge Hubgrade supported by combining design, comfort and innovation.
The Hubgrade solution
To bring this unique space to life Hubgrade designed an experience combining design, technology and user comfort.
The installation is based on a complete digital signage and sound system designed to support the customer throughout their journey.
At the heart of the showroom a 98-inch screen broadcasts immersive and inspiring content while a 13-inch touch screen integrated into the table allows advisors to easily manage presentations and personalize live demonstrations.
The experience takes on another dimension thanks to Place and Learn technology: simply placing a product in the center of the table automatically triggers an explanatory video on the large screen. This is an intuitive and playful way to highlight products while engaging visitors.

The audio integration was thought out in every detail: discreet speakers mounted directly on lighting rails guarantee uniform diffusion and perfect aesthetics.

From the very first weeks the team noticed a significant change: visitors take more time, sit down more willingly and actively participate in the configuration of their future bicycle.
This space inspires confidence and conviviality. Sitting around a table customers exchange more freely with advisors, discover different brands and options at their own pace and leave with a lasting impression of professionalism and service quality.
Beyond the visual aspect this project has made it possible to offer a fluid, interactive and consistent experience in perfect harmony with the company philosophy: welcoming, advising and supporting every customer in a modern and pleasant environment.
